Dear Martin,

X3T9.2 addressed your request for a "grass roots" meeting at its April
27, 1992 meeting.  We would like to request that the meeting be held
Tuesday, May 26, 1992 beginning at 1:00 p.m. somewhere in the Bay area. 
This would permit East coast people to fly in that morning.  Hopefully,
you can arrange meeting space.

We cannot limit our attendance due to X3 requirements for open meetings,
but I do not expect a large number of people would attend from X3T9.2. 
I will not be able to attend personally, and a number of other
interested members have schedule conflicts.  Only 4 or 5 members
indicated their ability to attend this meeting.

Please let me know as soon as possible whether the proposed date and
time are acceptable to you.
